    Dextromethorphan + Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride +Triprolidine Hydrochloride is a combination medicine which is used to relieve dry and irritating cough associated with respiratory tract disorders. This medicine is not recommended for use in children below 2 years of age.

    Used for: Flu, Colds, Runny nose, Dry coughs, Non-productive cough, Nasal congestion

    Patients at risk of developing resp failure. During an acute attack. Patients receiving MAOI or for 2 wk after discontinuing them. Persistent or chronic cough.

    • If you are allergic to Triprolidine, Pseudoephedrine or any other ingredients.
    • If you are suffering from a heart condition.
    • If you have diabetes or an overactive thyroid gland.
    • If you have glaucoma.
    • If you have phaeochromocytoma (a rare tumour).
    • If you have high blood pressure and are taking medicines for the same.
    • If you are on medications to treat your mental health or asthma.

    Side effects of Dextromethorphan + Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride +Triprolidine Hydrochloride : Drowsiness, Dizziness, GI disturbances.

    Use with caution having abdominal problems, Addison’s disease, Brain disorders, Breathing problems, Diabetes, Glaucoma, Heart problems, Hypertension, Kidney problems, Liver disease, Depression, Psychosis, Seizures, ulcers, Hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Urination problems, Addiction to drugs or alcohol, Obesity.

    Pregnancy: 

    Lactation: This medicine passes into breast milk in small amounts, hence you should consult your doctor before using this medicine during breastfeeding.

    Adult

    Oral Cough and common cold Adult: 2 teaspoonful three times a day.

    Childern

    Children Over 12 years 2 teaspoonful three times a day 6-12 years 1 teaspoonful three times a day 2-6 years 1/2 teaspoonful three times a day or as directed by the physician

    Dextromethorphan + Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride +Triprolidine Hydrochloride :

    Syrup

    • Dextromethorphan 10 mg/5ml, Pseudoephedrine (HCl) 30 mg/5ml, Triprolidine (HCl) 1.25 mg/5ml

    Tablet
